How accurate are the product descriptions?

Our website provides a description for each of our products, but it is important to remember that our products are not mass- produced, and as a result slight design and color variation may be possible.

How can I change or cancel an order?

When you place an order, we will send you and email to confirm the same, you can either confirm or cancel. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is confirmed and payment made the order cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I get a quote for special request items?

After we receive your request for a special item, we will review it and send an email with a quote. In this email you will confirm or cancel the request.

What is the procedure to make a payment?

After the order is confirmed we will email you our payment procedures.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Yes, you can request a gift certificate through our email at, or thru our contact page. We will send the same through email.

We regret any problems you might encounter and we are here to help you resolve them. If there is a problem with your order, payment or any other issue, please contact us immediately by emailing us at Our products are made upon request with care and affection, but it is important to remember that they are not mass produced, and as a result there is always a possibility for slight variations in designs or color.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order and payment are placed, we reserve 72 hours for production and delivery within the Dominican Republic. For international orders the production and delivery time is between 8 to 15 days. We also reserve the right to change the above times, but we will contact and coordinate with our customers if the same will vary, mostly depending on production load and shipping arrangements. We are not responsible for weather conditions that may affect delivery time.
